My Story
Sarah began her coaching training in 2021 and quickly discovered a passion for empowering clients to move from where they are to where they want to be. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, with over 210 coaching hours across 42 unique clients/groups. In addition to her coaching practice, she has served on national leadership teams for coaching professionally and currently works in leadership development on a national scale.
Currently, Sarah serves as Chief of Staff, a role that gives her firsthand insight into the complexities of leadership, organizational dynamics, and the challenges of balancing a demanding career while stepping into higher levels of leadership and influence. This experience informs her coaching, allowing her to support clients navigating growth, leadership transitions, and the pressures of high-capacity roles.
Based in NYC and Connecticut, Sarah also finds renewal in tending her flower garden—reminded that growth, whether in a garden or in leadership, requires patience, consistency, and care.
